Windows 11 Cannot create mirrored disks

I need to mirror two 2TB drives, including the C: drive with Windows. Neither Disk Management nor Storage Places provide any solutions. In Disk Management, right clicking Disk 1 shows most options grayed out, including New Spanned Volume..., New Striped Volume... and no option for New Mirrored Volume, which should be the solution and I only know that exists due to another Windows help site.Navigating a vast tree of Windows information, including Windows button, Settings, Storage, Advanced storage settings, Storage Spaces, Create a storage pool and Storage Spaces displays a message that states:
