Windows 11 Cannot find the BitLocker Recovery key on Cloud and the PC is not opening without it

I don't know when bitlocker was enabled, but the recovery key wasn't automatically uploaded in the account. Now the laptop is not booting without the recovery key (I do not know why). I cannot reach any microsoft support center neither I know where to go. It is sad to know I cannot access my own laptop.
