Windows 10 Cannot get my recovery key

Hello, I currently trying to get my recovery key through A global chapter typing my email's password it asks me to verify my identity by sending a code to an email which I have access to. But everytime I type the email it says "We couldn't send the code. Please try again.". What do I do? Thank you
