ive seen other questions answered like this but i need some help understanding what to doi dont understand how to do the answer given herehow do i run it?what does Where E:\ is the mounted ISO drive-letter. meanPlease run:dism /online /Add-Package /PackagePath:E:\Sources\SxS\microsoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~.cabWhere E:\ is the mounted ISO drive-letter.(REF: Error 0x80070490 Installing .NET Framework 3.5)(I checked the DISM logs and noted that the above command, mentioning the cab file path, hasn't been run.)If it errors out, post the error message here.
