Windows 11 Cannot install Flight Simulator 2020 from Store.

I have a brand new windows 11 install. I've spent hours going through a ton of different fixes to no avail. The XBOX App doesn't open (just shows the XBOX logo) and when I try to download Flight Sim from the Windows store by clicking install, it just sits there doing nothing.This is a 3rd reinstall of windows 11.
