Windows 11 Cannot install gaming services. Have not found a useful solution for this.

This is on a new laptop with windows 11 pro.I have updated all drivers and windows updatesBoth xbox and Microsoft store are signed in with the same accountHave tried uninstalling and reinstallingHave tried almost all PowerShell recommendationsPlease give an update and solution to this as I cannot use a service I am paying for.
