From the file explorer / windows explorer / Or the Desktop. Double clicking a file does nothing. Right clicking the file and choosing 'open with', then choosing any listed app... does nothing.File icons show proper association. Word, excel, PDF, html, MPG, etc etc.Event viewer is not showing anything obvious. That I can find anyway.Application shortcuts launch no problem. But file shortcuts do nothing.No errors are ever displayed.This has made the file explorer / windows explorer essentially worthless.Launching anything from the desktop is cumbersome.Currently the only way to get any work
