Windows 11 Cannot log in to microsoft account when pc powers up, solution?

Greetings , recently I powered up my desktop ( windows 11 ) and I found out that it didn't log in to my microsoft account and switched to a local account ( were everything is resetted ) . Windows recommended to log out and log in again to my account , but after that I got the same error message that the connection is not possible . I tried to enter safe mode and with the command console I checked for SFC and disk errors , which in the end were not the problem . After that I tried to delete the account and re-register it to the pc , which again didn't work out . In another attempt , I tried to
