Windows 11 Cannot log into my laptop, Says enter A1B2C3, which I have done no option for password. Still asks for pin

I cannot log in to my laptop at all. The password field has disappeared. Says I have entered an incorrect pin( I don’t have a pin). Then says try again enter A1B2C3 which I have done ask them for a pin. I have no other sign in options in my screen. I have tried power shift restart. Trouble shoot, none of the options work. Nothing takes me back to the password screen just back to enter A1B2c3
