Windows 11 cannot login because it accidentally link with microsoft account

My faculty by instrument that attached to microsoft desktop. Somehow it accidentally link with microsoft account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Nobody in the faculty have idea how it linked and now we cannot login to the computer desktop and cannot use the instrument.
