Windows 10 Cannot login to Microsoft. 'Youll need internet for this' but Wifi is disabled

I only have wifi connection, but I accidentally disabled it while doing something else and Windows decided to restart without asking. Now I only see (sign in) option to my Microsoft account, which needs internet access (meaning my disabled wifi that I need to enable in settings but I need to login first in order to do that) in order to login. When I try to login, it says 'Youll need internet for this'. There is no way to connect thru the Network option on my login screen as Wifis disabled, so it doesn't show up there, and I have no Ethernet. I need to bypass the login screen to get to settings
