Windows 11 Cannot move JPG files from iPhone to Windows.

I use to be able to move or copy JPG from iPhone to Windows 11 computer for years. I no longer can. Both are fully update to the latest OS patch. I now get an error 0x80042007 when I try to move or copy JPG images to my Windows 11 box. Can anyone explain why? Did Microsoft change something?
