Windows 11 Cannot open Windows Security

I am experiencing an issue with my Windows Security app. Whenever I try to open the Windows Security page, it will not open. I attached in pic1 and 2 what happens when I try. My computer might be infected but I ran MalwareBytes and Bitdefender and nothing came up. In Services I see that Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection is off and whenever I try starting it gives an error stating that it started then stopped. I tried a clean boot and entering safe mode but nothing changed.Other things I tried:Tried to set Win Defender Advanced Threat Protection on automatic.Ensured that Windows is up
