Windows 11 Cannot reactivate Windows after hardware change

Hello, I installed a new motherboard and processor, my old ones don't work anymore due to a severe power outage. I cannot reactivate Windows on my machine no matter what I do.I have the receipt with the windows code, typed it in that doesn't work either.When I click troubleshoot and "I recently changed my hardware" I get this error: We can’t find any devices linked to your Microsoft account that can be used for reactivating the device you’re using right now. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account you linked to the Windows 10 digital license on this device or try again later
