Windows 10 Cannot relocate Pagefile.sys to secondary drive nnew build

Lets give details:New computer build. Win10 Pro.3 Drives: Primary C:= 1TB NVMe Secondary 4TB external HDD, Third E: = 128GB SSD for use as pagefile only.My main issue is with the Pagefile.sys.Windows will not allow me to relocate it to a secondary (E:\) drive.I am fully familiar with the standard procedure under advanced settings, but a reboot always returns me to an error "Windows created a temporary paging file on your computer because of a problem that occurred with your paging file configuration....."Each reboot recreates the pagefile on the root of C:\ instead of where it is directed.This
