Windows 11 Cannot Remove Canadian Multilingual Standard

Hi all,Bought this laptop in Canada. I am aiming to get the keyboard to simply be plain English, but cannot get rid of the Canadian Multilingual Standard (CMS) in the keyboard input language bar. I'm aiming to only need to switch between English and Mandarin but the CMS keeps getting in the way. This is particularly annoying since it's an extra Win+Space away to switch, but even if I let it be, it brings in the french accent E on a "?" key.
