After trying all these actions in order to remove my headset WH-1000XMS, I still get a message: remove failed. What can I do?1. tried to remove via Bluetooth and other settings 2. looked in : Start- Device manager- Hidden devices - Bluetooth - Uninstall --- restart of laptop - actually twice 3. connected Sony cable to laptop trying all after that4. Reset the headset to factory status5. Ensured it is not connected to any phone or iPad6. looked for the device via Win+R and regedit - couldn't figure what actually is the device info in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE..... \Parameters\Devices Anyone has
