Windows 10 Cannot save imported video to laptop?

I am trying to import videos from my android phone onto my laptop, I have a USB cable, the photos/videos are all there once I've clicked Import, i.e. I can see them on my laptop, however, I am then unable to save or download them into a folder so that I can put them on a memory stick
