Hello,

I have a Asus TUF GAMING FX504 (TUF GAMING FX504GD_FX80GD). I can't set a screen resolution higher than 1366x768 since three months. The higher options are not showing up on the dropdown list in the settings. I'm sure this laptop should be able to have HD resolution... I tried many things but now I ask for help on this forum.

I tried, the newest driver recommended by NVidia, installed by the NVidia exprience tool.

I tried the graphic driver recommended by Asus support website.

I updated the bios driver.

My Windows is up to date.

I have another monitor connected by HDMI, I can set 1920x1080 on it.

Please help :)
