Windows 10 Cannot set the 4K at 60Hz refresh rate in Windows 10 Home

Hello, I cannot set my external monitor Samsung U32H85x to work at 4K resolution and 60 Hz in Windows 10 Home. Max refresh rate is 30 Hz.The laptop is DELL Vostro 5481 with Intel UHD 620 chip. I am not able to select higher refresh rate in advanced settings "List All Modes."I can successfully use 4K at 60Hz with another Lenovo laptop and Intel UHD 520 chip with same cable and same monitor and Windows 10 (not Home! pro or enterprise i guess, cause it's work laptop).As i had successfully used 4k 60Hz some time ago, i suspect some windows patch or version causes that.Microsoft!
