Windows 11 Cannot sign-in family.microsoft.com because it keep asking me sign in but don't let me

I have not login family.microsoft.com since a few months ago. I have enabled 2 factors authentication for my account. Today when I try to login with Chrome going to family.microsoft.com, I followed the procedure and authorize myself using Microsoft Authenticator app. I approved myself but your site just ask me to send notification again and again. I have tried with Incognito window but not helping.So I changed to Edge browser and clear all the cookie and cahce. This time the Edge is asking my to type in my Pin (I am login my Windows 11 using the same Microsoft account). But he browser is askin
