Windows 11 Cannot start a "SlimeVR Server" app after upgrading to Windows 11

The app is used to connect my trackers for VR, after updating to Windows 11 it infinitely says "connecting to the server". I redownloaded the server multiple times and still the same issue.I asked the SlimeVR Server support, and said that my error is very strange, and it's a Windows issue.
