Windows 10 Cannot take ownership of xbox game pass game.

Don't know if this is a dupe or supposed to be but.I cannot take ownership of the game folder I CAN take ownership of my windows Apps folder but it denies access to the game folder I tried making me owner of it but still I am missing permissions to edit the folder. I am a modder and lover of modding in general so this is a great concern for me.
