Windows 11 Cannot uninstall German Language pack

I bought a new laptop in Germany. During the initial setup, I added US international language pack. After the Windows start saw 2 German language packs: 1) German (Germany) and 2) German / US international. I have added Ukrainian and English (US) in the settings. Wanted to remove both German language packs from the language tab. They are present in the language shortcut, but I cannot uninstall them at Settings->Time & Language->Region & Language tab. Why? Because I don't see both German language packs from the initial setup in the list of l
