Windows 11 Cannot update windows and install some files

Whenever i open windows this script start running and same thing opens when i try to install anything. I have tried bitdefender it quarantines the windowsupdate.exe stating it as a malware. PC is not resetting. Windows defender turns blank white screen. Updates are showing error Install error - 0x800f081f. I have tried all methods for activating defender again and windows update using cmd but still problem exists. I think i have downloaded some virus or bug.
