Windows 10 Cannot update windows at all, What do i do?

So i cant update windows at all, its been basically since windows 11 released so idk if its something to do with this but What do i do? I dont want to perform a clean install because a friend said it deletes everything i have downloaded and i have like 3TB of things downloaded so i don't want to lose all of it. Oh and i cant use microsoft store to download anything either it just loads constantly just like the windows update
