Windows 10 Cannot Upgrade Windows 10 Installation Error When APPLY_IMAGE during SAFE_OS phase

Hi,I cannot use MediaCreationTool to update my windows 10 due to the error when APPLY_IMAGE during SAFE_OS phase.I collected some print from setuperr.log:2023-05-01 04:48:32, Error MOUPG CDlpActionImpl<class CDlpErrorImpl<class CDlpObjectInternalImpl<class CUnknownImpl<class IMoSetupDlpAction> > > >::Suspend(1253): Result = 0xC1800104[gle=0x00000002] 2023-05-01 04:48:32, Error MOUPG CDlpTask::CheckUserInterruptEx(3060): Result = 0x800704D3 2023-05-01 04:48:32, Error MOUPG CDlpTask::CheckUserInterrupt(3112): Result = 0x8
