Windows 11 Cannot use Print screen key for third-party screenshotting apps

I want to give another screenshotting app a try (like Greenshot and ShareX) because I've had enough of Snipping Tool, but I cannot disable the Print screen key keybind so I can use the key for those apps. I've already turned off "Use the Print screen key to open screen capture" in Settings and even checked the relevant registry key which confirm that it has been turned off, yet whenever I press the key, it still opens Snipping Tool. Worse still, when I delete the Snipping Tool app through Settings, the keybind instead opens ANOTHER Snipping Tool (which looks almost exactly the same except I ca
