Windows 10 Cannot View SOME .mov Thumbnails? A Possible Reason Why!

I've had certain .mov files that would not show a thumbnail, yet all other file types and other .mov files would.I've been through all the possible fixes, but none worked.Then I noticed that all of these .mov files were 3 seconds long. All were from my iPhone. It turns out that all were the 3 second movie recording of the LIVE still photo. So, after reviewing dozens of these files, I concluded that when I imported the images from my iPhone, it also included the 3 second video clip, which must differ from a regular .mov file.
