I recently upgraded from a 2012 Gateway desktop to a refurbished 2017 Dell Optiplex. Both run Windows 10, however my Canon Pixma MG5422 all in one device will not print on newer desktop. I've downloaded updated Canon drivers but continue to get printing error message. I have followed the Canon instructions in connecting but Dell will not communicate with printer. Any suggestions?
