Windows 11 can’t access certain websites regardless of browser, but can on phone

I’m very stuck. I have repeatedly reset my device, reset my internet and everything else recommended but I cannot seem to access certain websites regardless of which browser I use, all that comes up is a ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE note. I can access these websites on my phone (iPhone 11), but not from my laptop. Any help is appreciated. I’ve had this issue before and it went away after a few days but it’s getting increasingly more inconvenient and I’d love to find a solution. Thank you
