Windows 11 Can't access network locations on Windows 11

Hi all, recently, my main network drive on my desktop has completely refused to connect. It is an SMB server running on Ubuntu, my iPhone and laptop also running Windows 11 can access it just fine. My desktop will not connect to it through just typing the IP into the search box, through trying to map a network drive, or through adding a network location. I can ping the device's IP address and get <1ms ping, so it can definitely see the device. I have also noticed that I cannot turn on Network Discovery. Every time I try to turn it on, it just turns itself back off when I leave the menu. I h
