Hello. I badly need your help.After updating my Lenovo laptop, I encountered the BitLocker and now it is asking for my Recovery Key ID, which I can access on my Microsoft account. I provided the correct password but it is asking for an additional code to be sent to my mobile. I also provided the correct last four digits of my mobile but the problem is I AM NOT RECEIVING THE CODE for me to log in. I have tried switching networks but I really cannot get the code.
