Hello everyone.
I am having issues accessing the Windows Insider Program because the diagnostic data is not set to optional diagnostic data.
Here is the full message:
"To manage the Windows Insider Program settings for your device and allow it to stay in the
Windows Insider Program, you'll need to turn on optional diagnostic data."
That sounds easy to do, but after I changed it to optional diagnostic data, then I returned to Windows Insider Program, nothing happened. I came back to Diagnostic data, then the option I chose isn't saved, so it goes back to required diagnostic data. I reproduced the steps. Still, nothing happened. Even I restarted the machine, nothing changed.
I was in the Windows Insider Program and receiving updates until now. I left it to do its job, then I checked it, that happened.
Is there any way to troubleshoot this problem? Help would be greatly appreciated.
Here are my machine's specifications, including the OS build info, for your reference.
