Windows 10 Can't Activate my Windows 10 Copy !!!! any help please?

I have a Windows 10 home Digital License,It's linked to my Microsoft Account,but I can't Activate it on my second Desktop!!- Trying to use the option (Change Product Key) and then entering the product key failed - Also, the troubleshoot option, just shoots the trouble by the message below:"We can't activate Windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device. If you think it wasn't used on another device, select Troubleshoot below. (0xc004c008)"Could anyone assist me to fix this issue since I didn't get any help from Microsoft yet?
