Windows 11 Can't Be Heard in Game Bar Party Unless it's Open.

For about 3 days nobody in a party can hear me UNLESS I hit WindowsKey+G and speak while Xbox game bar is on my screen, if it's in the background nobody can hear me.I've tried changing audio input/output to every option, checking for updates for game bar itself, PC updates(on Windows 11), pretty sure everything I can possibly update on my PC is at this point.
