I have a monitor, and in settings it says that it is 1024 x 768, 60 hz. But when I try to use certain apps like games on steam, it is obvious that it is too zoomed in where I can't play the game functionally. I've tried to change the display resolution in settings but every time it acts as if it is going to change, (monitor goes black and then turns back on) but nothing changes. The same happens with the refresh rate. I've tried to update to the newest windows and reinstall and update my display drivers but the issue persists. If someone could help me I would appreciate it.
