Windows 11 Can't change lock screen (Loads forever)

So, whenever I want to change the lock screen to something else, it just won't work. It will always show that it's loading but will never complete it. The lock screen wallpapers I used before can still be used. I need to know how to fix this. I'm currently using Windows 11, is it because of the updates that it broke or is it because of something else?
