Windows 11 Can't change screen resolution to 1440p anymore

My laptop is natively 2560 x 1600, which, while it works fine for creative projects, gives me motion sickness while gaming. Until recently, I used to be able to change the screen resolution to 2560 x 1440 pixels, which is a normal 16:9 aspect ratio. However, sometime recently that option has just disappeared, and I really, really want to get it back. For context, here is a screenshot of my current resolution options and of me playing Minecraft in a 16:9 ratio (to prove it used to be possible).
