Windows 11 Can't connect printer GK420t to computer using windows 11pro

when i am trying to install a driver (Zebra thermal printer GK420t) to computer with Windows 11 pro I keep getting error messages Cannot add language monitor (1805)and thenCannot add printer (1603)Any ideas on how to fix this.
