The L2TP connection attempt failed because the security layer encountered a processing error during the initial negotiations with the remote computer in windows 10I already Turn on the Microsoft MS-CHAP v2 Protocol , Active the LPC protocol Extensions, Try creating a new UDPE Encapsulation Registry Key, and reinstalling Network adapters.. In one case I tried to follow uninstaal KB5009543 but I cant find it on my conmputer.. Does anyone solve this?
