Windows 10 Can't copy or paste using ctrl-c and ctrl-v, on anything.

I work as a cashier at a ROBLOX restaurant [don't ask] and I need to be able to paste my 'greeting' to ask customer what they'd like. But the thing is, I can't. It just doesn't do it. I've tried scanning the hard drive, to no avail. I just press ctrl-v and nothing shows up. I can cut, but not paste. I've tried it on edge, sticky notes, and roblox. Nothing. Please help! I don't want to lose my job.
