Windows 11 Can't copy Win 10 Users folder to Win 11

I can copy a Win 10 Users folder to my other Win 10 computer, but I can't copy it to Win 11 Pro. It's connected to the Network, even though I get an error message saying it's not in the network. From Win 11, I can open the Win 10 Users folder, but I can't copy it to Win 11. I backup my 3 networked computers every night. Win 10 didn't have this restriction on backing up my Users folder
