Windows 11 Can't delete menu items

Having just got a new PC with W.11 I find there are several items in the Start menu that I will have no use for (e.g. Booking.com etc) & I'd like to remove them.When I right click on the item it shows an Uninstall option (some items don't even give that) but it only takes me to a list of apps where the offending item is not listed.So how can these things be removed?Also, with MS Office Pro Plus 2021 there are some programs I will never use (e.g. Access) & there seems no way to remove these.I thought W.11 was supposed to be easier. Not so far!!
