Windows 11 Can't disable WSL - error 0x80073701

Hello,I'm deep into trying to resolve this and think I've just made things worse. I originally wanted to uninstall WSL because I was getting the above error when I tried to turn on the Hyper-V feature. After follow several sets of instructions, I uninstalled Linux Subsystem and Ubuntu from my box, was unable to turn off the WSL feature (see above error). Poking around in system, I found a failed install tied to Docker. Docker wouldn't let me do anything, so I just delete Docker.If it helps, I'm at 23h2I'm stuck!Thanks in advance for any help.
