Windows 10 Can't do anything with my flash drive: see, open, format.

I use Windows 10 and MacOS Monterey 12.5.1. The problem occured after I send large video on drive and it disconnected unproperly.I've tried to connect to others Windows and MacOS gadgets – there is the same issue.Tried to update drivers.
