Windows 10 Cant download latest windows defender update

Hi !I cant update my windows defender and i get notifications saying that my anitvirus is turned off. When i click on it I always get a meesage when entering the windows defender settings that : Page not available: Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access in not available. Contact IT helpdesk for more information.When trying to use the .NET framework repair tool i get these logs: C:\WINDOWS\windowsupdate.logC:\WINDOWS\logs\cbs\cbs.logC:\Users\danie\AppData\Local\Temp\FixDotNet.logC:\Users\danie\AppData\Local\Temp\NetFxSetupE
