Windows 10 Can't download new update and when I restart my pc ,it starts downloading but it gets stuck at 100%

Hello to dear Microsoft team.I was away for few months from my computer and now that I turned it on after a while I'm encountering an issue with the update.Basically , When I turn on the computer ,The windows update starts downloading but when it reaches to 100% it gets stuck and after few hours of letting it be , this error pops up (the picture) and I don't have much internet data left and I really need to get this thing fixed ASAP.I would really appreciate if I can get some help with my problem thanks for reading.-mhn
