Windows 11 cant expand disk volume

okay so i decided to try dualbooting macos on windows 11 today and i started watching a tutorial and halfway thru the tutorial i got really confused and gave up but by that point i had literally shrunk my disks volume and deleted a partition and created another one. after i gave up i tried reverting everything i did but when i opened disk manager and tried to expand my disks volume but the expand option was fully grayed out. kinda really need help because close to 50 gb is missing from my storage now.
