Windows 11 Can't find camera on Dell XPS 13 Plus

I have tried everything. It was working, then only on occasion, now not at all. I have an intel avstream camera. Supposedly, my device drivers are up to date, privacy mode is not enabled. The camera is listed under device manager and device status states it's working properly. Any suggestions?Thanks.
